As an Event Coordinator, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and managing a variety of events, ensuring that each one is a memorable experience for attendees while achieving our organizational goals. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of events from inception to completion while managing budget constraints.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
• Develop event timelines and schedules, ensuring all details are executed smoothly and on time.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Oversee the registration process, including managing attendee communication and follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or management, ideally within a professional setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse groups and stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
