Service Support Representative
Join A-1 Locksmith, a family-owned and operated company since 1949, as a Service Support Representative and become part of our growing team. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns with respect and empathy
- Answer phone calls in a timely and consistent manner
- Manage email inboxes and provide online chat support
- Create jobs, estimates, and quotes for customers
- Develop and maintain knowledge of product information and pricing
- Communicate effectively with our Dispatch team and Locksmith technicians
- Transfer calls when necessary and provide the highest quality of customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work morning/afternoon/evening shifts and Saturdays
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Google Software
- Strong multitasking and detail-oriented abilities
- Professional composure under all circumstances
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
