Synergy Preserve LLC has a wide range of experience when it comes to renovation and maintenance. We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for some dynamic appliance technicians who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC to its clients and customers and provide excellent service in the field.
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled appliance technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for providing exceptional service in the appliance repair industry. This role involves working on various household and commercial appliances, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
- Must be an experienced professional.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair work.
- Own tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV).
- Must be able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Technicians who want flexible, routine repair work, not a full-time employee position.
- Tradespeople who are self-motivated, communicative, and ready to handle straightforward tasks across rotating properties.
- Expertise in repairing common household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and stoves.
- EPA Certification is required for technicians working on refrigeration systems.
- Must complete a brief onboarding with a vendor representative before receiving work.
- Strong professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills.
- Must have necessary job tools for a wide range of appliance repair tasks.

- Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of residential and commercial appliances.
- Conduct routine inspections of appliances to identify and address potential problems.
- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Order necessary parts and manage job-related inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
- Proven experience in appliance repair or a similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, along with proficiency in diagnosing various appliance issues.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
