Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support for production operations and lead the maintenance team in day-to-day activities.

• Develop, implement, and oversee a robust preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

• Leverage internal expertise and vendor support to ensure the maintenance team is equipped to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment effectively.

• Actively contribute to plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supervise the maintenance team, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to support safety, quality, cost, and production goals.

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily to identify issues and drive timely corrective and preventive actions.

• Enforce strict compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the maintenance department.

• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to plan and execute capital expenditure (CapEx) projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a food and/or beverage manufacturing environment.

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

• Associate degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, engineering, or automation required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.

• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.

• Proficient in reading blueprints, CAD drawings, and electrical schematics.

• Solid understanding of GMP, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to work in both office and manufacturing settings, with flexibility for occasional shifts or weekend coverage.

• Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
