PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (2ND SHIFT)

Snelling Staffing – San Antonio is currently accepting applications for a full-time Production Supervisor (2nd shift) position! Join a dynamic team ensuring efficient, high-quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We’re looking for a driven leader with a focus on safety, employee development, and operational excellence.
PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed
- San Antonio, TX

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR DUTIES:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting devices
- Perform OSHA/ANSI-compliant preventive maintenance activities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide repair recommendations
- Document all service and inspection activities accurately
- Assist with quality installations and respond to emergency service calls
- Maintain a professional and organized presence to build customer confidence
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:
- Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
- High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Regularly stand, lift, walk, reach, stoop, bend, and handle products
- Use reasoning skills to address practical problems in dynamic situations
