Flexcar is seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Specialist to join its growing team in Dallas, Texas. As an Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in maintaining vehicle quality standards and ensuring customers receive clean, safe, and well-prepared vehicles. The role involves working outdoors at company locations while coordinating with multiple frontline teams to support daily operations and customer readiness.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles inside and outside according to company standards
  • Performing vehicle inspections and identifying damages or quality concerns using company technology and mobile applications
  • Completing readiness, return, and inspection checklists with speed and accuracy
  • Taking professional-quality vehicle photos for use on the company website and inventory systems
  • Managing vehicle inventory, parking organization, and labeling processes
  • Conducting regular inventory scans and assisting with reconciliation activities
  • Communicating effectively with team members through company-provided smart devices
  • Supporting vehicle delivery operations when required
  • Assisting with special operational projects and emerging business needs
  • Maintaining Flexcar facilities and property to company standards
  • Reporting and helping resolve vehicle-related issues to improve customer turnaround times
  • Performing additional tasks assigned by supervisors and operations managers
