You are a driven, energetic self-learner who wants to build your own business, set your own pace, and help people love where they live. This role is 100% commission sales for a nationally recognized, 44-year leader in custom home storage solutions.
Unique in our industry, two nationally recognized retailers have partnered with us — expanding our marketing reach, strengthening our brand recognition, and fueling a growth trajectory that means more opportunity for you. One of those partnerships is already driving leads in our market today. The second — a nationally established relationship — is expanding into Houston this year. They will introduce in-store displays this fall that are expected to drive even more demand. Simply put: we are already generating more leads than our current team can handle, and that lead flow is about to grow. That is exactly why we're hiring. You'll work with a passionate local team that wants to see you win. We market for the leads, convert them into appointments, and provide the software, training, and support. You'll visit homes, listen to real problems, and create custom solutions that genuinely change how people live. What you provide is so compelling that our customers are known to come back for future projects and refer the people they know.
Top performers earn $100,000+ with the right combination of time, effort, and people skills — all while helping folks organize their lives. Beyond commission, there are performance bonuses. In sales, the harder you work, the more you earn. It's as simple as that.
You must be available to host at least six appointments per week in clients' homes, including some Saturdays and evenings. Your territory is the entire city of Houston, and your appointment locations reflect that. If it's a mutual fit, you'll kick things off with three days of on-site training, and we provide a stipend to support you while you learn.
Specific Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- An ownership mentality — you take full responsibility for your performance and work through challenges rather than around them
- Some design experience preferred — a real plus in this role
- Home-improvement-related sales experience is an A+, but not required
- A growth mindset — we invest heavily in your training and want you to lean into it
- Comfortable with computers and technology
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
