Tranquil Minds Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a compassionate and clinically minded LPC/LCSW to deliver high-quality behavioral health services onsite in El Paso, TX.
Position SummaryAs an LPC/LCSW at Tranquil Minds Behavioral Health LLC, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic treatment to individuals and families. You will support clients in achieving measurable mental health goals while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and documentation requirements.
This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a licensed professional who is committed to compassionate care, strong clinical judgment, and collaborating effectively with a care team to support positive client outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct clinical intake assessments, evaluate client needs, and provide diagnosis and treatment planning within scope of practice.
Deliver evidence-informed psychotherapy and behavioral health interventions to individuals, couples, and/or families.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and required records.
Monitor client response to treatment, adjust care plans as needed, and communicate clinically relevant updates to the team.
Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional best practices in all client interactions.
Current licensure as an LPC or LCSW to practice independently in Texas.
Demonstrated ability to provide effective psychotherapy and build therapeutic rapport with clients.
Strong clinical documentation skills with attention to accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Ability to work onsite in El Paso, TX and manage a consistent full-time caseload.
Commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and professional conduct.
Experience working in outpatient behavioral health, mental health, or related clinical settings.
Experience developing and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and measurable goals.
Familiarity with multidisciplinary care approaches and collaborating with internal and external partners.
Experience serving diverse client populations and tailoring interventions to individual needs.
Strong skills in crisis-aware decision-making, risk awareness, and appropriate clinical escalation.
Hourly rate: $45.00
