Diamond Events Rentals is a fast-growing event rental company serving the Cypress/Houston area. We specialize in tents, tables, chairs, and event setups for weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

We’re looking for reliable, professional drivers who take pride in their work and can represent our brand well on-site.

Job Overview

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for transporting rental equipment to and from event locations safely and on time. This role involves driving, loading/unloading, and interacting with customers during deliveries and pickups. You do not need a CDL for this.

This is not just driving , you’ll also assist with setup and ensure orders are completed correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles (pickup trucks, cargo vans, or box trucks)
• Deliver and pick up event rental equipment on schedule
• Load and unload equipment safely (tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
• Ensure all items are secured properly during transport
• Assist with basic setup and breakdown at event sites
• Communicate professionally with customers onsite
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Report damages, missing items, or issues
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed when not on delivery routes

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
• Experience driving box trucks or large vehicles (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Weekend availability is required

Preferred Experience

• Event rentals, moving, delivery, or logistics
• Towing trailers (huge plus )
• Customer-facing roles
