Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist - REMOTE

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist - 100% REMOTE with $24.50/hr. for a 12-month contract temp role. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full order-to-remittance (OTR) process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from order booking through invoicing and revenue recognition. This role requires strong financial acumen, proficiency in SAP, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards. – APPLY NOW!

Schedule: Core business hours, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Book and process customer orders in SAP
• Plan, track, and manage associated costs
• Handle invoicing and ensure timely revenue recognition
• Oversee order financials from booking through invoicing and closure
• Maintain accuracy and compliance throughout all order transactions
• Support internal and external customer inquiries and meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
• Experience in finance and order-to-remittance (OTR) processes
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, proactive, and customer service–oriented attitude
• Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
• Previous finance-related experience preferred
