Program Manager KCC ECI
- Directs program area activities.
- Oversee and/or develops, establishes, and implements goals and objectives that are consistent with and support overall agency strategies.
- Oversee and/or plans, develops, implements, coordinate, monitors, and evaluates policies and procedures.
- Oversee the development of guidelines, procedures, rules, regulations, and monitors compliance.
- Identifies the need to revise program areas.
- Plans, develops, and approves schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals. Directs evaluation activities.
- Develop and implement techniques for evaluating program activities.
- Develops, reviews, and approves budget.
- Plans, assigns, and supervises the work of others.
Must have 2 years case management experience and 2 years of supervisory experience. REQUIRED
Education:
Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with major coursework in a field relevant to the assignment. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to program areas, and of the principles and practices of public administration and management.
- Skill in establishing plans and setting objectives and goals that support an overall business strategy.
- Ability to direct and organize program activities, to establish program goals and objectives that support the strategic plan, to identify programs, to evaluate alternatives and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to develop and evaluate policies and procedures, to prepare reports, to make presentations, to communicate effectively.
- Must be able to plan, assign, and supervise the work of others; 8-10 employees
- Ability to learn about and implement trauma-informed care practices within the scope of work for the position.
- Must have and maintain a level of general health that permits the performance of the job duties and ability to maintain regular attendance as set forth in Center policies and procedures.
- Must be able to travel locally 15% of the time.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Knowledge to manage program area and budget.
- Hours:
8AM-5PM M-F Salary:
Hourly $26.92-$30.28 Annual $56,000-$63,000.00 Depending on education & experience. Position: 658 Location:
