Java Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain and improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing systems.
Prepare technical documentation and reports as needed.
Stay up to date with new technologies, tools, and best practices in software development.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Java Developer (1-5+ years depending on the role).
Strong proficiency in Java (Java SE and/or Java EE).
Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Agile/Scrum development experience.
