Job Title:
Industrial Boiler Technician – 3rd Shift (Direct Hire)

Location:
Houston, TX

Pay:
Up to $40/hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule:
3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday
Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Boiler Technician to join our maintenance team at a production facility in Houston, TX . This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits and long-term potential for growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with boilers in a manufacturing or industrial production environment , including performing preventative maintenance , troubleshooting, and repairs. Candidates without certifications are still encouraged to apply, but must be willing to obtain them as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on high- and low-pressure boiler systems

• Troubleshoot and repair boiler-related issues to minimize downtime

• Monitor, inspect, and test equipment for proper operation and safety compliance

• Maintain detailed logs and documentation of inspections and repairs

• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure safe and efficient performance

• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

Requirements:

• Experience working with industrial boilers in a production/manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Willingness to work 3rd shift hours (10pm–6am)

• Certifications such as Boiler Operator License, Stationary Engineer, or related are a plus

• Must be willing to obtain any required certifications if not already held
