J ob Type: 100% Remote

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and admins through the full development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design and build scalable Salesforce components using Apex , LWC , Visualforce , and flows .

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and perform regular code reviews .

• Manage day-to-day development activities , troubleshoot issues, and provide technical mentorship.

• Support CI/CD processes , deployment, and environment management using tools like Copado or Jenkins.

• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery and production support.

• 8+ years of experience with at least 2+ years in a technical lead role.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform , including Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and custom development .

• Proficiency in Apex , LWC , SOQL , REST APIs , and integration patterns .

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred.
