Job Summary

- Function as the main connection for requests for assistance and serve as the initial contact for incoming requests.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Track project progress meticulously, maintain the tracker, and assist the Director in driving timelines.
- Lead communication efforts, including monthly business summaries, quarterly healthcare updates, innovation updates, meeting minutes, and event tracking.
- Maintain brand strategy and assist with RFP responses in collaboration with the sales team.
- Develop and maintain content for the website, including playbooks and marketing materials.
- Lead subject matter expert forums and guideline committees.
- Proofread and format documentation to ensure detailed presentation.
- Source necessary information and materials to support projects.
- Conduct feedback forums on CoE programs to gather insights.
- Build detailed reports and proposals.
- primary point of contact for requests for assistance and serve as the initial point of Advocate for the Center of Excellence and serve as a liaison different sectors.
- Keep the teams informed about relevant webinars, seminars, and other educational opportunities.
- Research industry and company guidelines to ensure compliance and standard methodologies.
- Assist with the creation of white paper documentation.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High proficiency in Outlook and calendar management.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently while ensuring effective communication with the team.
- Adaptable to changes in the work environment and able to handle challenging deadlines.
- Currently enrolled in a recognized accounting program or holding an administrative assistant certificate or other business-related qualifications.
