Service Technician

What We Offer * 95% employer-paid Health & Medical coverage * Dental insurance * 401(k) plan * Paid time off & holidays * Career growth opportunities * Family-owned and operated dealership * Long-term job security * Supportive, team-focused culture Responsibilities * Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately * Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using the latest diagnostic tools and service equipment * Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, and A/C * Communicate with Service Advisors about recommended additional work and repair timelines * Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications Qualifications * 2+ years of Service Technician experience (preferred) * Ford Certification preferred * B-level qualifications, including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair * Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to use diagnostic equipment * Excellent customer service and teamwork skills * Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Why McLane Ford?
