Do you enjoy the process of selling and carrying out successful events? Are you passionate about providing fun experiences that make people want to return to a business again and again? If so, we want to meet you! We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Special Event Sales Representative sell special events for our company. To join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
- Outgoing, energetic personality with the ability to build business relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Event sales experience or a related field is preferred
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous experience in outside sales
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
