SAP EWM Functional Consultant

: Baer is looking for SAP EWM Functional Consultant for a 6+ month project located in Houston, TX. Title: SAP EWM Consultant Location: Remote + 50% Travel to Houston, TX Duration: 6+ Months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 (C2C Not Permitted) Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to warehouse management processes.
• Conduct workshops to understand and document business processes and functional requirements.
• Design comprehensive EWM solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.
• Create detailed functional specifications, including process flows, configuration settings, and integration points.
• Configure SAP EWM modules according to the functional specifications.
• Ensure seamless integration of EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and third-party systems.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support to resolve any issues and optimize system performance.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to ensure effective use of EWM functionalities.
• Maintain system documentation and update it as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance warehouse operations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM.
• Additional 4-5 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) is an advantage.
• Proven track record of completing at least 3 full-cycle EWM implementations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
• SAP EWM certification is a plus.
