In Home Caregiver
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with errands, shopping, and appointments as needed.
Monitor and report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs.
Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures.
Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and care team members.
Provide dependable care and maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Schedule: Flexible scheduling available, including various shift times based on client needs. We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Caregiver to provide quality, hands-on support to clients in their daily lives.
