Shop Associate
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Associate to support our day-to-day yard and shop operations. This is a seasonal position, with the busiest months during the growing season. From October through February, team members may be reassigned to other areas of business based on company needs and workload.
Ideal candidates are hands-on, team-oriented, and open to learning new skills that support the broader operation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Operate a skid steer to load and move organic waste
- Assist with yard cleanup and general maintenance
- Help with sharpening blades and making minor repairs to small equipment
- Maintain safe and organized work areas in the shop and yard
- Support shop staff with material handling inventory needs
- Must be available to work Saturdays as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Requirements:
- Experience operating a skid steer and similar equipment
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in learning small equipment repairs
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying work conditions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Include external environment dealing with all weather and terrain exposure. Safety equipment includes, but is not limited to hard hats, gloves, earplugs, safety vest and safety glasses. This position requires the ability to work during inclement weather events.
