Accounting Support
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused team member to join our accounting team and support daily financial operations. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, streamlining reporting processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of the department's administrative functions. If you have a strong foundation in bookkeeping , high attention to detail, and experience with financial documentation , we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processing to ensure timely cycles
Coordinate and develop financial data
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
Assist with month-end close, financial reporting, and preparing documentation for external audits
Provide administrative and creative support to the finance department and executive team
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in an accounting assistant, bookkeeping, or office support role
Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Excel
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership to meet tight deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent
