Digital Software Engineer Senior Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Senior Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Ensure software is compliant with new versions of platform tools, devices, browsers, and operating systems for customer facing digital applications and systems. Troubleshoot, identify, document, and implement process and software improvements. Analyze business needs and collaborate with cross-functional groups to design and develop digital software applications. Define and document software to meet business objectives in financial services consisting of Cards, Banking, and Personal Investing. Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to implement tools to support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery of software applications and services. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation. Three (3) years of experience must include: Designing, developing, and maintaining software systems and digital software applications including microservices deployed to internal and public cloud utilizing Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Java, MongoDB, and Oracle; Monitoring microservices using Splunk and AppDynamics; Writing stable software and ensuring test case coverage is achieved using Junit and Mockito; Implementing tools to support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD) of software applications and services utilizing Jenkins; Developing and maintaining software systems for CICD pipeline and automation using HTML and JavaScript; Software Project Management following Agile principles and guidelines; Designing secure applications and resolving vulnerabilities; and Designing and developing digital software applications and services related to the Financial Services Retail Banking and Credit Card Payments industry. 40 hrs./wk.
