Job Description

• Work under the direct supervision of a crew leader to learn essential skills.
• Set up and oil forms.
• Measure surfaces and panels.
• Lay mesh and tie reinforcing bars and steel.
• Set inserts and strike off.
• Strip forms and clean up.
• Consistently improve in performing tasks using these skills.
• Take initiative to remain engaged in productive work throughout the day.
• Communicate availability for additional tasks to the Crew Leader.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Demonstrate loyalty and mutual respect within the company.
• Function effectively as a team player and seek ways to enhance work processes.
• Ensure plant safety according to company safety guidelines and directives from the Safety Coordinator.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Corsicana, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
