Key Responsibilities

• Conduct action-packed training sessions, both onsite and virtually, to inspire and motivate learners.
• Design and implement innovative learning curriculums tailored to business needs.
• Create, evaluate, and refine training programs to foster growth and system adoption.
• Collaborate and coordinate with trainers, super users, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Engage with high-performance teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement and teamwork values with energy and enthusiasm.
• Participate in planning and review of new solutions as a superhero of problem-solving.
• Advocate for a dynamic team culture and nurture an environment of collaboration.
• Take part in industry seminars and workshops for continuous learning and development.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma with over 2 years of Epic experience in Healthcare Operations/IT.
• Amazing analytical skills to tackle complex problems and break them into bite-sized tasks.
• Solid grasp of HIPAA regulations to ensure data security—because privacy matters!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, bringing a touch of tech-savvy magic to your work.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask like a pro!
• Effective communicator with exceptional presentation and customer service skills.
• Experience with clinical software implementation or training is a huge plus!
• Project management experience is like the cherry on top of your superhero cape!
