Summary of Responsibilities Â
The Field Engineer is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for the end-to-end execution of Pipeline Conditioning projects. This includes managing project logistics, performing equipment installation and operation, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance. The position requires up to 60% travel and offers the flexibility to live anywhere in the U.S. near a major airport.Â

Essential Functions Â
- Lead on-site projects, including the hands-on installation, daily operation, troubleshooting, and decommissioning of specialized field equipment. This involves equipment set-up/tear-down, gas sampling, and data logging.Â
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, utilizing engineering controls and personal stop-work authority to mitigate hazards. Uphold all DOT, Hazmat, and PHMSA regulations, including maintaining a valid medical card, a clean driving record, and participating in required drug testing.Â
- Autonomously manage all project logistics, including booking your own travel, scheduling field crews, and coordinating the shipment of necessary equipment and supplies.Â
- Maintain clear, daily professional communication with clients, team members, and company leadership. Provide detailed, accurate reports on project status, data, and any arising issues.Â
- This role requires extensive travel, with approximately 50-60% of the year (averaging 180 days) spent traveling to and working hands-on at job sites across the country. You must be prepared to work in various weather conditions and environments while properly utilizing company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Education, Experience, and Skills Required Â
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering is required..Â
- 2-4 years of hands-on, field-based experience in oilfield services (e.g., Frac, Wireline, Mud) or a related heavy industry.Â
- Proven ability to trace piping and valve lineups and troubleshoot mechanical systems.Â
- A demonstrated leader in safety, with training in critical protocols (pressure, chemicals, etc.).Â
- Physically able to work on rough terrain, lift tools, and travel 50-60% of the year.Â
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Â

Compensation Â
- $106,000 - $126,000 in estimated annual compensation.Â
- Earn significant additional cash bonuses for field work and annual performance.Â
- 10% Company Retirement ContributionÂ

- Stipend for cell phone and internet servicesÂ
