Job Description

As Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate you will:

  • Advise clients on labor, employment, and workplace safety laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related contracts and policies.
  • Advise and represent clients in litigation and administrative proceedings related to employment law matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies for clients.
  • Assist in handling matters related to employee benefits, wage and hour compliance, and labor relations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment and workplace safety laws.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited US law school.
  • Texas State Bar (in good standing) or the ability to sit/ swear into the Texas State Bar if you hold another US State Bar.
  • 3-5 years experience practicing labor and employment law and workplace safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple legal matters effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding client service and legal expertise.
