Job Description
As Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate you will:
- Advise clients on labor, employment, and workplace safety laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related contracts and policies.
- Advise and represent clients in litigation and administrative proceedings related to employment law matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies for clients.
- Assist in handling matters related to employee benefits, wage and hour compliance, and labor relations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality legal services.
- Stay updated on changes in employment and workplace safety laws.

The successful Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited US law school.
- Texas State Bar (in good standing) or the ability to sit/ swear into the Texas State Bar if you hold another US State Bar.
- 3-5 years experience practicing labor and employment law and workplace safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple legal matters effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A commitment to providing outstanding client service and legal expertise.
