Belmar Integrated Logistics is growing and looking for a motivated Bilingual Account Manager to join our recruiting team. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role with weekly bonus opportunities based on successful hires.
What You’ll Do- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Fill high-volume roles (warehouse, forklift, production, general labor)
- Schedule interviews and assist walk-in applicants
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Support hiring events and job fairs
- Partner with clients to meet staffing needs efficiently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Staffing, recruiting, or HR experience preferred
- Experience with warehouse/light industrial hiring is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
