· Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in IT Operations, Data Platforms, or Production Support environments.
· Strong understanding of Agile principles applied to run‑the‑business and operate‑the‑platform teams.
· Experience working with data ingestion pipelines, device/telemetry data, analytics platforms, or integration-heavy environments
