Field Administrator / Timekeeper
Civil construction company looking for a Field Administrator to work in a petrochemical storage facility in East Houston/Pasadena, Texas. Punctuality and organization are very important in this role. Experience as a field administrator and with Microsoft office is required, most importantly is strong excel experience. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. TWIC card also required.
Requirements of the job will include:
- Daily entry of labor, equipment, and material in to track systems
- Submit timesheets daily to corporate office for payroll processing
- Track and maintain weekly logs of all rental and owned equipment onsite.
- Assist Superintendent with office administration, receivers, and expense reports
- Order rental equipment and material
- Maintain budgets by tracking daily labor, material, and equipment costs
- Knowledge of Track Enterprise and English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
This is an hourly position with 40-50 hours a week. Workdays are usually Monday - Friday with possible weekends.
