OEM Knowledge: Deep familiarity with industrial hydraulic components (pumps, motors, valves, and manifold blocks) from leading global manufacturers.
Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting complex hydraulic schematics and engineering drawings.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage a long-cycle, consultative sales process involving multiple stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, and Operations).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is a plus, but extensive hands-on experience in fluid power will be prioritized.

Familiarity with motion control systems, including PLC integration with hydraulic hardware.
Strong networking presence within the Houston industrial and energy markets.
