Insurance Sales Representative

Integrity FEX is an independent insurance brokerage focused on helping families secure financial protection through life and health insurance solutions. Our agents work remotely and provide clients with access to multiple insurance carriers and coverage options.

We provide structured onboarding, training resources, and operational support to help agents build professional client relationships and manage their sales pipeline.

Position Overview

Integrity FEX is seeking motivated individuals to work as Insurance Sales Representatives . In this role, you will consult with clients to help them evaluate their financial protection needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.

This is a commission-based independent contractor position designed for professionals who prefer a flexible schedule and performance-based compensation.

Licensed agents are encouraged to apply. Individuals without a license may apply but must obtain a Life & Health insurance license before beginning sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients (phone or virtual meetings)
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Present policy options clearly and professionally
• Submit insurance applications and maintain communication with clients
• Follow compliance guidelines established by carriers and state regulations
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
• Manage personal production goals and client follow-up

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (preferred)
• Individuals willing to obtain a license may apply
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Professional and ethical business practices
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Compensation

This role operates on a commission-based compensation structure .

• Compensation is earned on issued insurance policies
• No hourly wage or base salary is provided
• Earnings depend on individual performance and production levels
