We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Agent Experience to join our Market Center team. This role is all about creating a world-class experience for real estate agents — from onboarding and training to retention and recognition. You’ll be the heartbeat of the Market Center, ensuring agents are supported, engaged, and equipped to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead new agent onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
- Drive retention efforts with consistent outreach, recognition, and engagement systems.
- Plan and coordinate Market Center events and training programs.
- Provide technology training and support for agents.
- Manage vendor partnerships and collaborate with MC leadership on special projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in training, coaching, or event coordination.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable supporting others with systems and tools.
