Digital Marketing Analyst (FT)
The Digital Marketing Analyst is an established performer that supports digital commerce initiatives by managing and optimizing structured product content across digital platforms. This role facilitates the accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of product data to enhance marketing performance and customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
- Create, maintain, and enrich structured product content within digital commerce or PIM platforms.
- Manage product attributes, specifications, imagery, documentation, and taxonomy alignment to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and channel requirements.
- Coordinate product content updates related to launches, lifecycle changes, and discontinuations.
- Support syndication of product content across retailer and digital commerce channels.
- Perform audits and quality checks to maintain content integrity and publishing accuracy.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve product content quality and performance.
- Support SEO and digital content optimization initiatives in alignment with enhanced content standards.
- Facilitate execution of internal and external content requests to ensure delivery expectations are met.
- Monitor syndication status, asset usage, and publishing activity to support operational effectiveness.
- Analyze product content data and key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and adoption.
- Develop dashboards and reports using platform-native or business intelligence tools.
- Translate reporting insights into actionable recommendations for process and content improvements.
- Support alignment between digital asset management and product information systems to ensure accurate publishing.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support platform adoption and best practices.
- Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, Product, and IT teams to support digital content initiatives and projects.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 2-4 years of job-related experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Experience working with PIM, DAM, or syndication platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with digital commerce workflows and content optimization practices.
Competencies:
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
