Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Fort Worth, Texas (in-office)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $50,000 / Annually

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Key Responsibilities:

· Processes full-cycle Accounts Payable including 3-way matching, coding, and entering invoices

· Reconciles vendor statements and supports month-end close and audits

· Assists with 1099 processing, AP aging management, inventory accounting duties, and journal entries

Qualifications:

·2+ years of AP experience required

·1099 experience preferred

· Advanced Excel skills preferred
