Project Engineer
- Provide day-to-day project engineering support across a major industrial site in Port Arthur.
- Coordinate with EPC partners, construction teams, maintenance groups, and project controls.
- Support engineering reviews, planning, scheduling, procurement, and contractor oversight.
- Review engineering deliverables, drawings, specifications, and change requests.
- Assist with developing scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and support timely issue resolution.
- Support commissioning, startup, punch list closure, and handover activities.
- Provide clear reporting and updates to project stakeholders and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (required).
- Strong background in EPS / Engineering Project Services.
- Experience in industrial, petrochemical, refinery, or energy sector projects.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Previous site-based experience with construction interfaces preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety requirements and field execution.
- 4 years of guaranteed project work on a major capital project.
- Competitive hourly or daily rate (DOE).
- Travel fully covered for Houston or close to Port Arthur based candidates.
