Lead Bartender

SWAY AUSTIN is hiring for a LEAD BARTENDER

Same, same, but different. Sway is an award-winning modern Thai restaurant in West Lake Hills, Texas. Named one of Bon Appetit's 50 Best New Restaurants in America when the original location opened in 2013, Sway continues to be known as one of the city's most innovative culinary offerings, featuring communal-style dining, inventive food, and cocktail program, and the best rooftop views in Austin.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the bar lead, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of guest experience
  
• Create and execute cocktails with accuracy, speed, and consistency
  
• Train, mentor, and support bartenders and barbacks; model best practices and service standards
  
• Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and inventory systems
  
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and tracking of spirits, wine, beer, and supplies
  
• Uphold all safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
  
• Collaborate with management on menu development, seasonal features, and beverage programs
  
• Address guest issues with professionalism and care
