*Duties Performed in the Usual Course of the Job:*Teaching duties will included primarily face-to-face undergraduate content courses for elementary, middle grades, and secondary mathematics teacher programs, as well as online graduate courses in support of the MA in Mathematics.
*Educational Requirements for the Position:*Candidates must have a Master's degree or equivalent in mathematics *and* hold a Doctorate in mathematics education.
*Experience Required for the Position:*Scholarly activity, teaching, and service are required. Candidates need a strong mathematics background and have evidence of a research agenda in mathematics education. In addition, a strong foundation for excelling in both face-to-face and online teaching strategies is required.
*Other Requirements for the Position:*K-12 teaching experience is strongly preferred.
