Parts Specialist II – Full-Time (Day Shift)
Location: On-site | Schedule: Monday–Friday

Samco Enterprises, Inc. – a family-owned leader in compressor parts repair and manufacturing since 1972 – is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist II . This role supports purchasing, inventory control, quoting, and vendor relations for our parts department.

What You’ll Do

• Pull inventory or issue purchase orders for stock & jobs
• Create formal quotes with pricing & lead times for sales requests
• Research BOMs & parts breakdowns to identify part numbers
• Research customer equipment usage and run reports to stock accordingly
• Communicate parts availability to customers and Samco facilities
• Monitor open POs and expedite when needed
• Set inventory levels, update pricing, and resolve receipt/invoice discrepancies
• Pack, label, and process outbound shipments; audit orders for accuracy
• Conduct inventory counts & issue inter-facility transfer orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts department

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in warehouse or parts distribution (oil & gas/industrial preferred)
• Experience with compressor parts (Cooper Bessemer, Ariel, Dresser Rand, Ajax, Gemini, etc.)
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & Outlook)
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
