Initially focusing on establishing your sales record, youll soon transition into a mentorship position, continuously maintaining your sales achievements to uphold our principle of leadership by example. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or in interactive roles. Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching. Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team. Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets. Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
