On Site Representative South Texas

What you´ll do

• Provides on-site routine technical service at defined customer line
• Performs consignment inventory mgmt., manages / records / maintains all related consumption data at customer processes / lines
• Supports forecasting and supply process (material order) where applicable
• Maintains quality / efficiency level of products and escalates technical challenges to TCS
• Acts as first responder for Henkel products at defined customers
• Aligns sales strategies with sustainability goals
• Develops customer centric initiatives to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership
• Implements customer feedback (VOC) to refine sales approaches
• Monitors competitor activities , pricing. positioning
• Leverages CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance

What makes you a good fit

• Education: BS/BA in engineering or business, with some chemistry background preferred.
• Experience: Manufacturing experience with significant experience in a sales/service function, preferably at a customer site location.
• Must have a strong work ethic and excellent customer relationship skills.
• Strong communication skills both internally and externally.
• Must have strong problem resolution and technical leadership skills.
• Strong PC capability - Physical Requirements: Able to stand, walk and climb ladders.
• Working Conditions: On Site at Manufacturing plant(s) and office locations.
• Candidate will be expected to work on-site at the customers facility M-F from 7am-4pm. There will be occasional instances where after hours support will be required.

The salary for this role is $ 75,000.00 - $ 85,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
