About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our Austin team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, guests, and internal teams, providing high-quality support before, during, and after events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is friendly, reliable, and eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
