Job Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional chat and email support to clients
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Assist with troubleshooting technical problems related to the firm's services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Proficiency in using chat and email support tools
Desired Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $30 - $40 per hour
