Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Data Analyst. In this role, you will perform as a technical contributor for execution of at least one of the following F-35 Sustainment activities: fleet metric reporting/degrader analysis and reconciliation including process efficiency identification/assessment; modeling data creation (data science/analytics) in support of performance modeling (supply logistics or fleet achievable metrics); and/or, analytics tool capability development/test including dashboard design/creation. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel and Access), databases such as HANA/SQL, and knowledge of aircraft or military logistics. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or other related fields
- Coursework or experience with manipulation/analysis of data in spreadsheets (MS Excel)
- Coursework or experience in using databases and/or visualizations (MS Access, HANA, Tableau, or SQL/Oracle)
- Coursework or experience in formal presentation development, PowerPoint construct and delivery, and working in a team environment
- Advanced experience in using spreadsheets (MS Excel - Equations, Pivot Tables and/or VBA)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Understanding of performance metric measures and readiness reporting techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Python, SharePoint or Tableau experience a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
