ENG- Designs and delivers data-driven and AI-enabled solutions by developing data pipelines, performing advanced analytics, and deploying machine learning models to support business insights and operational efficiency.

#Position Details

*Defense / Aerospace
*1st Shift (4/10 Schedule; Hybrid – Onsite Monday–Wednesday, Remote Thursday)
*Must be a U.S. Citizen
*Ability to Obtain a Security Clearance
#Education & Job Requirements

*Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
*3–5 years of experience in data analysis, software development, or related field
*Experience with data analysis, quality analysis, and trend analysis
*Proficiency in software and programming for data processing and analytics
*Experience working with machine learning or AI concepts
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Ability to communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders
*Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

#Job Duties & Functions

*Designs and builds data pipelines and supporting infrastructure for analytics and AI initiatives
*Develops, trains, and deploys machine learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive use cases
*Analyzes large and complex datasets to extract insights and identify trends
*Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
*Implements data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
*Monitors model performance and retrains models to maintain accuracy and relevance
*Ensures data quality, integrity, and governance across systems
*Develops AI-driven tools, including bots, to improve efficiency in data analysis and trend identification
*Documents data processes, models, and analytical findings for stakeholders
