This role combines front office responsibilities with accounting support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Experience with SAP is highly preferred.

Accounts Payable Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $25.00 to $28.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday )
The Accounts Payable serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors while providing administrative support to the accounting department through the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable function. This position supports departmental and organizational objectives through excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, process improvements, and attention to detail.
Accounts Payable Duties:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed
Accounts Payable Coordinator Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience is required
- Experience with SAP strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Willingness to work at the front desk
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience in a fast-paced office or manufacturing environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
