Schedule: Monday–Friday ( flexibility required for evenings and weekends )

What You’ll Be Part Of:

You’ll work directly with individuals ages 18–24, helping them navigate housing programs, develop life skills, and build a foundation for long-term success. Your work will have a direct and lasting impact.

Your Impact:

• Guide youth through housing placement, leasing, and move-in processes.
• Assist with applications, vouchers, and housing documentation.
• Provide ongoing case management focused on stability and independence.
• Conduct assessments and create individualized service plans.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure program compliance.
• Collaborate with housing authorities and internal teams.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and support services.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time case management experience.
• Required: Experience with housing programs (public housing, vouchers, or supportive housing).
• Experience working with youth facing challenging life situations.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or related field.
