Job Description: Warehouse Manager Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enhancing process efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocktaking activities, and accurately input relevant data.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, aiming to optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Assist with procurement activities, communicate effectively with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory and logistics reports; analyze data to identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies, contributing to a secure work environment.
- Support order processing, manage returns, and address customer service inquiries as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above, preferably in supply chain management, logistics, or a related discipline.
- 12 years of experience in warehousing or logistics, with familiarity in inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
- Fluency in Mandarin required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
