Infor CSI (SyteLine) Financials Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infor CSI (SyteLine) Financial Consultant to join our client’s team in a direct hire capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial module implementations within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP system and will play a key role in guiding clients through successful implementations, optimizations, and financial process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Infor CSI (SyteLine) financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.

• Analyze client business processes and provide strategic solutions to optimize financial workflows within SyteLine.

• Work closely with end-users, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial modules with other business functions.

• Conduct training sessions and provide post-go-live support to ensure user adoption and system efficiency.

• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting financial-related issues.

• Develop reports and dashboards using Infor’s reporting tools to provide financial insights.

• Provide expert-level guidance on GAAP compliance, financial controls, and best practices within ERP systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience implementing and supporting Infor CSI (SyteLine) financial modules.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial accounting principles, and best practices within an ERP environment.

• Hands-on experience with SyteLine Financials, Multi-Site Accounting, Consolidations, and Cost Accounting .

• Proficiency in SQL, Infor Mongoose Framework, and Reporting Tools (SSRS, Mongoose Reports, or equivalent).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions and train end-users.

• Ability to travel 50% to client sites as required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in manufacturing industries using SyteLine.

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent financial certification is a plus.

• Prior consulting experience with a proven track record of successful ERP implementations.
