Job Title: Commercial Construction Foreman

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Foreman to lead field operations for large-scale commercial projects in Houston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising crews, managing day-to-day site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Crew Leadership: Supervise and direct construction crews and subcontractors on-site, ensuring productivity and adherence to project schedules.
Safety Management: Enforce OSHA and company safety policies; conduct daily safety meetings and inspections to ensure a safe work environment.
Project Coordination: Interpret blueprints and specifications, coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors, and schedule materials and equipment deliveries.
Quality Control: Monitor work progress and craftsmanship to meet project specifications and quality standards.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and progress reports; communicate updates to project management.
Problem Solving: Identify and address job site challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 7-10+years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3+ years in a foreman or supervisory role .
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, safety protocols, and blueprint reading.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
Certifications: OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred; additional certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR) a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
