3rd Shift Warehouse/Machine Operator – Oilfield Division
Location: Mesquite, TX
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

About the Opportunity:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse/Machine Operator for a temp-to-perm opportunity in the oilfield division of a leading chemical manufacturing company in Mesquite, TX. This division specializes in producing high-quality oilfield chemicals through advanced mixing, drying, and coating processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mixers, dryers, and related machinery for chemical production.
- Accurately measure and load chemicals per formulation requirements.
- Monitor machine temperatures and ensure safe, efficient operation.
- Perform heating/cooling procedures during processing.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality.
- Change filters and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Complete formulation sheets and batch reports accurately.
- Package finished products per customer specifications.
- Read and understand MSDS documentation for all chemicals used.
- Follow PPE and safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills including fractions and measurements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Dependable and safety-conscious.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
